At Fitness Normie, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect products or undelivered services.
No refunds will be provided for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fitnessnormie.com with your order details and reason.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting info@fitnessnormie.com.
After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Return requests must be raised within 1 day of receiving the order by emailing your order details and issue.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions to ship the item back.
After we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed within 4–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
