At Fitness Normie, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect products or undelivered services.
  • No refunds will be provided for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
  • To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fitnessnormie.com with your order details and reason.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting info@fitnessnormie.com.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Return & Refund Process

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Return requests must be raised within 1 day of receiving the order by emailing your order details and issue.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions to ship the item back.
  • After we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed within 4–7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
